Refund and Cancellation Policy

At RG Studio, we strive to deliver exceptional creative services tailored to each client’s unique requirements. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our approach to cancellations, refunds, and revisions for services rendered via www.rgstudio.org.

1. Service-Based Policy

Our services include UI/UX design, web and app development, branding, and creative direction. Since these are custom, service-based offerings, refunds and cancellations are handled with transparency and fairness on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellations

  • Before Project Start:
    You may cancel your order before work begins. In such cases, a full refund of the advance payment will be processed, minus any applicable transaction fees.

  • After Project Commencement:
    If a project is cancelled after work has begun, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the advance payment to cover time and resources invested. This amount will depend on the progress made at the time of cancellation.

  • No Cancellation Post Final Delivery:
    Once the final deliverables have been shared and approved, cancellations are not accepted.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The project is not delivered within the agreed timeframe and no reasonable explanation or extension has been provided.

  • Deliverables do not match agreed-upon specifications and efforts to revise or correct have failed.

  • Double payment or incorrect payment amounts due to technical error.

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You change your mind after the project is complete.

  • You fail to communicate required materials, information, or approvals causing delay or project failure.

  • You are dissatisfied due to personal preferences without prior clarification of expectations.

4. Revisions & Adjustments

We are committed to client satisfaction and offer a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the project scope. Requests beyond the agreed revision rounds may incur additional charges and do not qualify for refunds.

5. Process for Requesting Refunds

To request a refund, email us at hello@rgstudio.org with:

  • Project name and reference

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Supporting documents or screenshots (if applicable)

We aim to review all refund requests within 5-7 business days and process eligible refunds within 10 business days through the original payment method.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a refund or cancellation, we encourage direct communication to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, the issue will be addressed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, India.
